What that plugin does:

Suppose you have a membership site, where users use a username and password to access the members' area. (Apache authentication)

What you can do with this plugin is to post a message to your WordPress blog and allow ONLY the active members of a specific membership to read the post. You can find an example here:



If you visit the link above you will see some messages that can be read ONLY by active . The plugin asks for the username and password and then checks to see if the codes are active inside the members' area.

If yes, then members can read the post.
If not, then an order link to join the membership is displayed.

As you can easily guess you can use this plugin in order to transform your WordPress blog to a membership site, or even better: use a WordPress blog in order to update your members with news, updates, downloads, etc. Everybody can read the subjects of the messages and -say- the first paragraph, but only your active members can read the rest of the message.

If you are a user then this plugin can work perfectly with local and remote memberships: Use to create your membership and then deliver the product/s through a WordPress blog with this plugin activated.
